using RhinoRinser safely
RhinoRinser is a reusable nasal irrigator for personal use. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and on our how to use page.
- Use only distilled water, sterile water, or tap water that has been boiled for 3 to 5 minutes and cooled until lukewarm. Never use untreated tap water.
- RhinoRinser is for personal use. Don't share it with anyone else.
- Take it apart and let every part air dry completely between uses.
- If you have ear problems, have had recent nasal or sinus surgery, or have ongoing sinus issues, check with your doctor before rinsing.
- Stop using it and speak to your doctor if rinsing is uncomfortable or anything feels off.
