We ship everywhere within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

After you place your order, you'll receive an email within 24 hours with your shipping details and tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at hello@rhinorinser.com.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RhinoRinser isn't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address and doesn't refund shipping costs in that case. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@rhinorinser.com and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Marked delivered but not received
